• Customers have access to the course for an indefinite period of time; however, there is no obligation by the company to provide the course in perpetuity. Customers should endeavour to complete the course within six months of purchase.
• The owner of the eLearning course(s) and any other related businesses are not responsible or liable for information errors, website downtime, or any risks or liability associated with the use of the third-party payment system, or any risks or liability      associated with the implementation of the processes or techniques contained in the course(s).
• All material included in the course is bound by copyright laws. The course may not be reproduced or shared with anyone other than the purchaser (and family members residing in the same household). Access to the course may be revoked if it is being accessed by      several IP addresses; and no refund will be provided.
• Users understand that the information contained in the course(s) is not intended to be a substitute for counselling.
